Who was Hayate ?

When Kakashi was reflecting at that stone this women appears. I Have 2 questions.

a) who was she?

b) who is Hayate ??

1. the woman was an anbu member. dunno her name or anything

2. hayate was the anbu member that was killed by gaara's sensei. the one who refereed the prelims and had that cough
