Macross zero 4 problem

i just finished dowloading macross zero ep 4, so when i load the file it jams the sound for a few seconds and then crash the player, i tried wmp9, winamp, radlite and bs player and same thing on all of them, do i have to download it again?

WMP9 is giving me the following error: This pin cannot use the supplied media type.

MPlayer6 and WinDVD play audio, but the vocal track is so faint you need to turn the volume way up, and you can't hear it at all in MPlayer.

I'm also pretty sure that I have the AC3 filter installed, and I have no problems with any other anime. in all cases, video is just fine.
