How do you seed BT??

i usually keep my naruto BT thing open fer a couple days after a d/l it but is there any way to seed it after i restart my computer??

Just click on that torrent you were originally downloading. Your BT will check for existing data and when its finished, it will start seeding (change your option to seeding instead of unlimited, dsl, cable, etc).
