First of all, it is in no way related to Naruto. It's actually a Korean TV Drama. I have no idea why its called that but again, there is no relation to Naruto. I found this information (and there is an ongoing discussion) in the DownloadAnime (http://forums.downloadanime.org/index.php?showtopic=3039) Forums. Hope I could help.
