Well, Yawara has been licensed, just not in North America. An Italian company known as Carioca has licensed Yawara to be shown in Italy. That is probably the only way you heard about it being licensed somehow. As Budweineken said, you can get it over at ScaryWater (http://a.scarywater.net/live-evil/). Hope I could help.
