Ok, using Bittorrent this is what you can get. You can find Happy Lesson 1-5 subbed by KAA (KickAssAnime) here (http://66.90.75.92/suprnova//torrents/2155/[KAA]_Happy_Lesson_1-5.DVD.torrent), and you can find the full series plus the OVA of Onegai Teacher (also known as Please Teacher) subbed by A4e (Anime4ever) here (http://torrents.anime-4ever.org/) or just the series subbed by AnimeXplosion here (http://animexplosion.edwardk.info/bittorrent/). Those where the only ones I could find by the process of Bittorrent. Onegai Twins was recently licensed and so was Sister Princess so they are vary scarce. I'm sure if you look on IRC (http://www.mirc.com/get.html) or DC++ (http://www.neo-modus.com/?page=Download) you should be able to find them. Hope I could help.

Well, I'm actually not sure where to get the DVD extras for Onegai Teacher. You should be able to find them on IRC/DC++. For Ai Yori Aoshi, you can get the whole series subbed by KickAssAnime here (http://www.kickassanime.tk/). Hope I could help.
