The only characters of the rookie 9 who has siblings are Kiba & Hinata.

Kiba has an older sister, Hinata has a younger. Hinata's sister owns her even though she's half her age. Hinata is a loser. Hinata should die.

Edit: Oh and of course Sasuke has Itachi too, but that's basic.

more relation yes, but not necessarily more siblings...
if itachi wasnt sasuke's brother, then sure there would still be lots of other uchihas, but none of them would technically be his siblings

Indeed, you've certainly got that right!

Anyway, being part of a clan necessitates that you have more relatives than just siblings. Hinata and Neji are of course, cousins, and any of the other genin from a Bloodline Limit clan may not have direct siblings but most likely have cousins and other indirect relations that share their name and/or Bloodline limit.
