Episodes 95-96 Subbed by ANBU Without AnimeOne?

I read the important messege about that AnimeOne & ANBU will not continue to subb naruto together exept for episodes 95-96.
And now in the naruto page at animesuki there is ANBU download without AnimeOne.
Did they change they're mind or what?
