Naruto Movie Anyone?

So from the trailer, whats everyones oppinion on the new Naruto movie?

question: err if i'm not mistaken... i read somewhere that the movie was going to take place during or after chuunin exam or somewhere around that part... and in the trailer if i'm not mistaken naruto did rasengan? or is that just a teaser to spice us up? =\

edit: there's snow in the background so he does do it in the movie

I don't know when its coming out, but it should be good. I just hope it follows the story line.

yeah it's true that we see rasengan, also we got new ninja's, seems to be the snow country with new headband, the cape would be because it's freezing and i don't know if u noticied he got closed shoes now, but the most interesting part is that we see kakashi inthe past as an anbu and he talks about running away, we know he's always at the special stone for his friends, it's probably becose he feels guilty, we gonna learn some good stuff i think

and this whole "kakashi's past" thing will probably just be some random adventure kakashi was on back when he was an anbu.......
kinda like the way they had that kenshin movie if anyone saw that

I have horribly low expectations for this films, especially after that last naruto 'special' which had so many inconsistencies it killed a kitten (so i heard).

the fourth, young kakashi, orochiamaru, the other sannin....
So many stories to choose from, the could have weaved an amazing story and promoted the series to incredible heights... but NOOOOO!

Samurai X the movie blew goat balls, compared to Kenshin OAV and the Tv series.
It was uninspired and unfullfilling.

As for the Naruto movie, I personally think the animation looks the best Naruto has had, and the soundtrack seems good. I don't know how the plot is going to be but I hope for the best. This definitely will not be the shit that the specials are.

First off the movie is done by a movie production company not some korean cheap labor animation team.
Secondly the director is Okamura Tensai who has directed Wolf's Rain and Android Kikaider. He also was part of the animation crew for the original Ghost in the Shell movie.
It also seems that Kishimoto may be involved in the movie, but don't quote me on that.
So just calm your asses down and bitch after you watch it. i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif

Okay I looked at the trailer and this is what they should call it.

BAD PLOT MISSION - OVERPOWERED GENINS VS THE SNOWBOARD NINJAS FROM HELL

Seriously. I can write out the plot in my head. Naruto, Sasuke & Sakura are fighting people they shouldn't be able to beat. They do it anyway. Badass generic boss comes and steals the "princess" away. Naruto tries to save her. Gets beaten. Goes kyuubi. Wins. And then everybody is happy, someone cracks a lame joke, and they all laugh. The end.

ARGH, WHEN ARE THEY GONNA START INCLUDING NEJI & THE REST OF THE CHARACTERS BESIDES FREAKIN' TEAM 7 IN SPECIALS/MOVIES?
This is going to be just as lame as the One Piece movies. Sub-par plot and everything.

The only thing which will be nice to see is a younger Kakashi, but it will probably be a very short flashback.
What looks worse by the way? Naruto in a cape or Kakashi with a scarf?

You know I have to say I think the plot is going to be crap... maybe even the level of that second special, with the hidden falls village and stuff. I mean it was so stupid.. in every sense. Naruto and Sasuke should have been pwned, and the fact that Naruto knew how to use the Kyuubi chakra and at the same timeline Sasuke didn't have chidori. Also, Kakashi getting a message by carrier pigeon? Didn't they have radio headsets when they were chasing after that cat in one of the early episodes? He could have just pulled out his cell phone.

Neji might even make the plot worse, by telling all the snow folk that their fate is sealed and stuff i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif

For the record I also think that the Samurai X movie was shabby. The best part of the whole Kenshin anime was the first ova, and out of that the first part of the first ova i.e. Trust: The man of the slashing sword.

Yeah he's a changed man, but I'm thinking since movies/specials often ignore any timelines his fate-incarnation would probably be there seeing as that was how we saw him the last time in the anime. i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif
