How many posts do you have to do to raise your rank

just wanna know how many posts do you have to do to become jounin or Hokage if there is a Hokage rank in these forums. And what is a resident Gimp that i see in Mut@t@.

0-100: Student
101-500: Gennin (I think it's 500...)
501-1000: Chuunin
1001-???: Jounin

No one knows if there is something higher than Jounin.
