How did kakashi get his sharingan eye?

ive never read the manga so i dont know if they revealed it but how did kakashi get his sharingan eye.

How Kakashi got his sharingan eye has not been revealed. Many people in the forum have several speculations. But they may contain manga spoilers, so you may aswell just stick to asking about speculations in the regular Naruto threads.

When Itachi killed the Uchiha clan, Kakashi dragged off a body, cut out its eye, and then put it in his socket.

i think that scar has something to do with it.. mayb his eyes got cut open?? so a medic rushed to get him an eye and it happend to be a uchiha eye

based on all the information, the most likely theory would have to be: after an Uchiha dies, loads upon loads of people attempt to sign up for surgery for it and i think it was either Itachi, Kakashi or Orochimaru that said that a persons body must be built in a certain way, otherwise the eye would reject the body. it just happened to be that Kakashi's body was very similar to an Uchihas.

my theory
kakashi's friend who died, whos grave he visits every morning, last technique was a secret kaijutsu technique in which you can transfer your power into another person, when his friend did this kakashi recieved the sharingan in one eye, the chakra flowing into his eye and transformed it into sharingan created the scar.

kakashi always had the sharingan .. its the normal eye that got implanted. so he could hide the sharingan an make his oppenents underestimate him. how queer would he look if he didnt walk around with one eye hidden!
