Hi im brand new to these forums and am looking for some help. I am port forwarding and I dont know much about computers. And im on the step where you have to highlight the service you want, but im not sure wich service i'd use for bit torrent. So any help would be much aprreciated. THANKS!

If you could tell me what router/firewall (Linksys, D-link, Zonealarm, etc.) you have and the model number of the router, then I can help you with the port forwarding process. Hope I can help.

Hi, thanks for helping but I actually got it work. I used to get le 200 kb/s but now after port forwarding im at like 1000 kb/s thats not a spelling error either. So thanks anyways.

Whoah, that's crazy! You gotta be kidding me! What connection do you have? You at least have to have a T1 or T3 connection to get those speeds. Well, anyway, I was glad to help (kind of) with what I could.

Yo, I dont have a T1/T3 connection but I do have a very good cable modem its one of the fastest ones. I'm not sure what its called but I like it. Even when I didnt port forward I was getting 200 kb/s. Lol. K Thanks

hey man just to let you know move the default port to one above 50000 it is better using a none blacklisted port or your isp might limit your download through it i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif
