cant upload an icon!

i cant upload an icon its 80X80 according to the rules and its a jpg... but it says it cant upload it because its invalid file extention.. not jpg/gif although it is jpg... anyone know why i am getting this problem...?

Things to check are your upload location (should be http://avatars.gotwoot.net or something similar, I forgot the exact url), and the file size.
