Will ANBU/AonE be doing the Naruto movie next month?

Because yeah, I feel like it would almost be worth the trip to Japan and see it with minimal understanding of what is really going on, just to see it. Not to mention get toys there without paying the hellacious markup + shipping.

It's hard to say, mainly because I think bootlegging movies is just as illegal over there as it is here. I would think they'll wait until the movie comes out on DVD and sub that.

what about the money you have to pay to get to japan, to live there for a few days and the money to buy a ticket to the movie buy all the toys etc. etc. i would guess that its cheaper to just download the movie and buy toys over the net.

Hopefully, someone will use a Telecine machine and get the video directly from the movie reel. This would be the best way to do it. If someone did that, then he/she will most likely release the RAW of the movie on the internet and some subbing group (whether it be ANBU/Aone) will encode it and sub it so we can view it. If someone in Japan doesn't put the effort/money to do this, then we will most likely have to rely on someone using the CAM process (which will still be fine in my opinion). Hope that cleared that up.
