I have seen Trigun up to ep 13, but there arent any new eps on kazaa....
So where to get???

You can get the whole Trigun series (1-26) subbed by KAA here (http://www.the-easy-tiger.net/). Just look under Completed Series and Trigun is there. You are going to have to download the torrent file first and then open it up with your Bittorrent client. Hope I could help.
