Paradise in Winter: Other Konoha members (http://www.winter-paradise.com/others.php)
The Kanji on (Jiraiya)s forehead is Abura, meaning oil.
Its not because hes oily middle age man. Its because hes (Gama Sennin).
In Japan, (Gama no Abura, oil of a toad) was used as medicine. Dont ask me if it was really oil of a toad. But it was supposed to be a good medicine for scratches, cuts and other things.

Kan = "
(pronounced Han in chinese as in the Han dynasty of china and the dominate ethnic group in china are also called Han)
ji = W
(pronounced Zi in chinese means word, character)
