Okay, so I know nothing about computers

So I got the whole BitTorrent thingy and I'm trying to download some Naruto, and when the BitTorrent DL screen comes up, it says I have a .2M download rate. Whisky Tango Foxtrot? My real problem is, I dont know how to deal with fire walls or ports or anything. So if someone could be patient with me and help me out, I would be intensly appreciative. Thanks

Wow, it seems like I'm one of the few guys on the forums who actually help these kind of people out. Oh well, its good karma. Anyway, if you could exactly tell me what type of firewall you have (Windows XP, Zonealarm, Mcafee, etc.), I can give you a step by step guide on how to forward the ports for Bittorrent (6881-6999). Now, if you could also tell me what type of router you have (Linksys, D-Link, etc.) and the model number of the router (ex: WRG345), I can give you another step by step guide on how to forward ports.
