I am using Azureus and I was just wondering what I should set my Upload Speed to. I know the download speed and upload speed have something to do with eachother. (Or is that a myth?) Sometimes, like now when I'm downloading the Naruto batches, I got real high download speed of 80 kb/s for about 10 minutes and now it's dropped to about 10-15 kb/s and my upload speed is still 20-30 kb/s. Is this normal or do you have a solution? Another question while I'm at it, I have a permanent NAT problem but my downloads still work, should I work on this coz it's not that easy with an extternal router I can't connect to normally. Tips?
