So i just finished gate keepers it was a decent anime, nothing outstandish about it but one single point boggles my mind maybe you guys know something i don't. In the very last episode Bancho open his own gate its "gate boss" in the translation i have. For one he doesn't say "Gate open" or "Open the gate" or "Kei-Mei" or anything else like that its simply "Gate Boss". For two usually their names indicate what their abilities are, bancho throws the dog demon thing a long ass way and the gates in his eyes flicker.. Kinda wierd. My only thought on the matter is that his gate feeds off of others gates like a boss and his underlings i guess. At the time Kaoru was the one around and hers is the strength gate hence why bancho was able to chuck said dog invader off in the distance. Anyone else have a better answer than that or pick up on something im missing. Just seems like a pretty wierd thing to just throw in there at the end of a series with little or no explination.
