recently licensed...
what a loss to the fansub world...

I started a thread a while ago and bumped it a few days ago.... it should be around in the recent threads...
it is very popular... just not in this forum...
One of my favorite animes, it's a shame that the only subbers dropped it... now the only hope is another fansub picking it up or wait for a ripping group who wishes to release them

Never... wont waste my money on DVD... is either free or nothing at all...
I dont have money to waste...
It is a shame... but buying DVD is a luxury in reality... it is a luxury I cant undertake... so i have to settle with what i can get my hands on

Anime is too much of an immediate need to wait for the US releases. I'm only at episode 12, but that would take at least six months to a year to see episode 13 released stateside. I can't wait that long for a story that I'm already in the middle of.

DVD subs are not that bad... they are actually getting better... i hate dubs though...
What's even worse is when they have "dubtitles" instead of subtitles

i would say DVD subs are actually more accurate than Fansubs, esp. the lesser groups, the reason licensing sucks is that u have to pay to get something u may not even enjoy also the dubs, the dubs are HORRIBLE, at least with Hollywood films u go to the theater and watch it for 8-10 bucks then if its good u grab it for ur collection, when a series is licensed like this, u just gotta take the gamble, i personally love Konjiki no Gash so i'll probably get the dvds if A-E actually isnt continuing and no other group picks it up

Yeah.. its sad that it got licensed.. im up to episode 33 and well R1 DVDs are hard to come by here and if it does it will cost an arm and a leg so i just have to be patient until someone releases this again or wait for the DVD rips
