Last I heard, ADV contacted them bout taking down all the Anime's that they lincensed. It prob want be back till they take down all the links and figure out a way to stop people from linking ADV files.

On this note, they've also attacked numerious fansub groups already on the issue. They used anime.mircx.com and download.org's search engine capability to locate the fansub groups which are still subbing their now licensed stuff. After acquiring the necessary information, they emailed the anime.mircx and download.org and warned them to remove all links to licensed media.

They are now progressing through the groups discovered one by one and sorting everything out concerning licensed media.

This is a presumption of mine based on the fact both mircx.com and download.org had gone down, followed by a few fansubs closing down their subbed licensed media shortly afterwards.
