me too i dont get a fast connection like i do ...i think its becs its the server its down ...if u know anything that might coz that and if u know when the server will be working fine ....please tell me

is the thing in greenlight mode? maybe you have a NAT problem try disabling your firewall while downloading to see if it speeds up downloads.
if that doesnt work try using a different client to d/l the same file. make sure that no more then 66% of your uploads is too bittorrent or at least 5-6kbytes/s
finally be patient sometimes it takes time to connect to many servers
