Splitting a movie file

Ok, here's the sum-up of my problem. I downloaded a movie that came in bin format (2 CDs). The second CD copied fine, as it was under the 700 MB limit of the CD I was trying to burn it to. The problem I have now though, is that the first CD is 792 MB, 92 MBs over the CD limit. Is there a way to "split" the bin file into two, or something?
