Initial D Stage 4 release schedule?

I've been reading things all over the place about Initial D Stage 4's release schedule...
just wondering, is it going to be 2 eps a month?

Section 1: Ep 1 and 2 = April 17 and onwards
Section 2: Ep 3 and 4 = June 19 and onwards
Section 3: Ep 5 and 6 = Aug 21 and onwards
Section 4: Ep 7 and 8 = Oct 16 and onwards
Section 5: Ep 9 and 10 = Dec 18 and onwards
Section 6: Ep 11 and 12 = Feb 19 and onwards (2005)
Section 7: Ep 13 and 12 = April 16 and onwards (2005)

i think its two eps a month, but you have to wait one month inbetween without any
i know it sucks that you have to wait, its just stupid, nothing you can do about it
