What Anime or Manga is you Author icon from?

I was just wondering because I have not seen all anime and sometimes i see someones author icon and wonder what it is from. The art of an anime or manga is very influential in what I watch, but is not the only thing I consider. Please include the anime manga and also the character name. Why you like a certain character would be good to include too.

The anime my character came from is obviously Naruto, and is one of the legendary sanin Jiraiya.
I like him because he's a pervert and that amuses me.

v_v yeah, gif is not allowed.. as for your signature..well, on the sig page it said you use this : <*img src="LINKHERE"> but take out the '*" and put the link in there...also think maybe yours might be longer then the max size..thought it was 400x80 .. kewl icon by the way

gifs aren't allowed if they're animated, because animated sigs detract from the readability of threads, just like animated avatars.

And for reference .... http://archlich.dyndns.org/images/400x80.jpg is the max size. Larger signatures will probably be deleted by mods.
