Timed Out¿?

I was downloading naruto 71-80 from anbu, and todays afternoon i tryed to resume it, but it doesnt start.
http://tracker.gotwoot.net:6968/announce Timed out it sais, and with all downloads of gotwoot.net, not only naruto
