distributing .torrent files

if i save a .torrent file from this site, am i allowed to put it up for use on my own site? im seeding what i can, but havent got all the episodes yet. what i intend to do is save all the .torrent files for naruto, and put them on my website. thing is you use your own tracking server so im confused as to wether or not this is allowed. don't want to piss anyone off so i thought i would ask i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif

I'm not the one to be saying this, but I guess that there should be no problems... especially if it increases seeds and leechers

i'll just go ahead and do it then. if it was a problem i guess it would have been posted. if anyone who has a problem with it the email will be on my site. so its not like im running or anything.
