Frame capture freeware for newer episodes

Does anyone know of a freeware program that can capture frames from the newer episodes of Naruto?

You can use BSPlayer. Either that or just do print screen and paste it into paint. i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif Hehe, I think you can find BSPlayer @ http://www.download.com , if not then google it.

I'm interested as to what is different about newer episodes that makes them unusable by virtualdub.
