If I try to play, move, delete, or so much as touch this file it causes my Windows Explorer to crash. I finally tricked my computer into deleting it, redownloaded it and still have this problem. Any idea whats going on? Ep 2 is no problem at all.

Have you tried to get it from a different source maybe the one you're downloading is corrupted.

run checkdisk on the partition your saving to it can check for and fix bad sectors.

I was having the same problem with this and it was a codec conflict. Oddly enough, it wasn't a divx or xvid problem, but a codec that came with dvd x copy platinum. I uninstalled dvd x copy and then deleted the directory that still contained the codec, and the episode plays fine now. Hope this helps.
