something that doesn't seem right

i have noticed that there is a small error in the story
the scroll with the names of the ones that can do the summoning of da frog is wrong
you see jirayia tought the third hokage how to do the summoning techniek ( i think goes he was his sensei) and he then also learnt naruto
how can it then be that naruto's name is right after jirayia's name ???
where is the third's name??

You mean the 4th, not the 3rd, and the 4th's name is on the scroll, it's just covered up/smudged because we're not supposed to know the 4th's name yet.

The fansubber made an error. The name next to Naruto's is the 4th's and the name next to his is Jiraiya's.
