Tokyo TV in america?

Not that I'll go to great heights to go for this, but I was just curios if there was anyway that you could catch Tokyo TV broadcasts in U.S.A.

besides satellite tv, no, otherwise youd have to go buy a satellite reciever that picks up japanese satellite tv, which is hard enough, plus youd have to speak the language very fluently to watch japanese tv

Actually - I've been looking for satellite providers that carry Tv-Tokyo or Tv-Asahi (those seem to be the source of most TV anime) - but I havent seen one yet - several seem to have the japanese version of PBS/CNN type channels - but not entertainment based ones.

If anyone knows a provider that carries those 2 please post it.
