since i havent followed the manga cause i read all manga when the thing with Gaara happend (all of it) i then dont know how often they release new episodes?
anyone that can answer plz

The raw is released on friday an the translated version is usually done by the end of the weekend.

Yes. The raw comes out on Friday, and the Inane guys usually have a translation out by Sunday. With the problems they have had with raws recently, they are somewhat behind, so I'm not sure what this weeks chapter is looking like for an ETA. But, Friday is the general rule.
And, if somebody besides Inane translates it, then threads will pop up about it, so check those for further info.
