Comic Party subbed?

saw the american version of comic party, it looked interesting but the dubbing ruined it.

Seems rightstuf, who did a extremly good job on kare kano is doing this series. Why not just turn it on jap dub with english subtitles?

I got the azumanga and comic party episodes on the newtype dvd.

Comparing the azumanga subbed vers the fan sub is horrible. They change Osaka into like a texan accent even though they still refer to them as japanese students (in the translated manga they make them english students that are learning spanish).

The comic party ep didn't have a japanese track with eng subs. The story seemed interesting, but the american voices didn't do it for me.

Yeh, box is a good place for old anime torrents or licensed anime torrents that you can't normally find at other places.
