Subtitles in ogm's Using Media Player Classic

Due the sound was laggy on BSPlayer on my End of evangelion ogm, I tried MPC and it was great, the sound turned out normal, but I can't get any subtitles, still I have direct vobsub and so on, I can view subtitles in bsplayer but not in MPC

Yeah but it works in WMP and BSPlayer so...

What codec am I missing if all my ogm's works fine and are not laggy in the sound and then there is this end of evangelion which is laggy, a bit when you play it. It must be something that follows those players, VLC and MPC whos sound is perfect with End of evangelion
