go there, type in your login info (for this site), and upload a picture. it auto-shrinks it to 60x60 (i believe), click update, and there ya go =)

EDIT: got this info from rek btw, who got it from another thread in this forum...

The new opening and ending are really good. It rocks!! And 78 just kickass....... one of my best episodes!
