a few words on the naruto fanbook, unlike what it's name may imply, it's an official release from Bandai (or whoever is responisible for the manga..), it has some chapters, basic explenations about the charecters and the mangaka, a few cosplaying pictures and other drawings.
This picture appeared in the inner cover of the book, as a mini-poster, the other side was a drawing of the village from the air.

It was most likely drawn by Kishimoto or possibly one of his assistants. As Death BOO Z mentioned, it is included in the Official Naruto Fan Book which is published by Jump Comics.

I think that pictures of Naruto, Sakura and Konohamaru. The guy on the left just doesnt look like Sasuke. But, he has the thirds hair, and Konohamaru's eyes and scarf, so most likely its Konohamaru. Maybe this is just a picture of how they're all gonna look in the near future. This is just a guess tho
