(CNN) -- A Walt Disney World employee dressed as the character Tigger at the Orlando, Florida, theme park was arrested Friday on charges of molesting a minor and committing battery against her mother while the three posed for a photo, according to a police affidavit.
Michael Chartrand, 36, was booked on $2,500 bond, according to a spokesman for the Orange County Jail.
Chartrand is accused of fondling the breasts of a woman and her 13-year-old daughter as he stood between them posing for a picture at Walt Disney World's Toontown February 21, according to an affidavit.
Neither reacted at the time, but the girl later told her parents she had been fondled, and eight days later the family filed a report with the Orange County Sheriff.
During an interview with police, Chartrand said he may have inadvertently touched the girl's breast, and added that he suffers from dyslexia, which impaired his memory.
According to a spokeswoman for Disney, Chartrand has been suspended without pay pending an investigation.

The guy has to dress up like a tiger and take pictures all day, of course he's gonna be desperate.

Most likely, and it was through a suit... not liek you could feel anything, and it'd hafta be pretty clumsy. Maybe he thought that the breasts were really shoulders.
But would the "Grope-o-rama" (its what tiggers do best) be on the picture?

This sounds like a scam to pave the way for a civil lawsuit, in pursuit of a bunch of $$$. The whole delay sounds real suspicious to me. My guess = that there was some accidental contact (probably hard to see/feel in those big heavy suits) that the guy wasn't even aware of, and probably not maliciously interpreted at the time, but a week down the road mom is thinking .. HEY I bet we can make a ton of $$$ this way!

Those suits are hard to see out of, except for what's right in front of you (I was in a similar suit once, NO periferal vision). If the girl and mother were moving around, and he's trying to do the typical "hand on the shoulder" thing (tpical "dude in suit with the kids" pose), yeah the hands will probably go over the chest. Especially if he's being Tigger-ish in his movements. And yeah, there's limited feelability through those suits, especially when you consider a 13 year old girl's chest plus her clothes, plus the costume, the guy in the costume's not going to feel much unless the girl (and her mother apparently) have bigger chests than most of the girls at the college I went to. So unless the Guy in the suit was looking straight at them, I really don't see it being done on purpose, especially with no other complaints against him. If it was intentional they would have noticed right away. I can tell if someone's hand is brushing against my ass (I'm a guy, thus no breasts worth fondling) accidentally or on purpose right away. It doesn't take eight days to realize "Oh my ass was grabbed on purpose." And the camera person would have noticed if Tigger's hands were over the girl's chest trying to fondle her (especially if Daddy was taking the picture). Of course the family will probably win the friggin lawsuit because these big lawsuits are always so stupid. Hell fatass people who refuse to excercise, and insist on eating fast food everyday can win lawsuits against McDonalds. I should sue the company that makes the Swiss Army knives for not labeling the knife saying "Caution, edges may be sharp," because I still have the scar from closing the knife on my finger in 6th grade. I hate our legal system. It's worse than Hollywood, especially when it goes Hollywood.

Funny but agree with above ^^
I've been in a similar suit for halloween and they can be a bitch to move around in, let alone see on coming traffic (first and last time I rent those suits). Those guys who wear the suits are also screened thourougly by bosses before let to work because they're dealing with larger amounts of people and must have an extreme amount of patience and a friendly and appropriate behavior. Especially for disney. Jesus out of the 100 billion people that go to disney land and world, the likelyhood of an accident once and a while is there.
This isn't the worst lawsuit though. Anyone hear of lawsuit about the no-handicap signs infront of a wheelchair store? (And the owners themselves happened to be handicap). They thought there were would only be a certain type of people parking in front of thier store.

whats the world coming to you ask? HELL ON EARTH, some evil scientist is gonna wire our souls to the internet (lain reference), if that happens then human beings are purely data, all religion will be proven wrong, all nuclear weapons will be launched at the earth (terminator reference) and it will blow up causing a chain reaction that ends the universe
