chrono crusade bundle download problem

does anyone know whats wrong with the bundle downloads for chrono crusade from episodes 1-4, 5-8, and episode 9? i keep getting the following error (rejected by tracker requested download is not authorized for use with this tracker) Im still not so good with bit torrent could someone help me out? thanks I would apreciate it.

if it's on the a.scarywater.net tracker then it is permanently down... they dont allow licensed anime
