i have searched the forums and there was talk about another thread like this but i couldn't find it and its a hit in a few other forums i've been to and extremely hillarious thing to do. (again i'm not sure how popular it was on this forum but there needs to be an active topic about it cause its too funny)
the whole thing behind it is you can creat subtitles to movie clips in another language. You can flame other members or just creat insanely funny subtitles. I found out about it off the drifting.com forum and it was a hit there, so check it out
