download the latest version. that might solve it.

EDIT: if the download failed, i don't think it'll play at all. most of the times it's due to outdated versions of codec.

Sorry I have no idea, maybe the download failed (are you using bittorrent?)
You could try downloading it again.
I'm not very pro in these, but maybe you should download new codecs or something. Ask around
