Need help on Bit Torrent

hey everyone, im new to Bit Torrent and I need some help. I got the Shadow Experimental version of BT and Im trying to download Naruto episodes 1-10 (its a grouped file). What I need to know is how do I make it go fast with a Belkin router? How do you route it through the firewall? The signal color is only Yellow and it isnt going to Green. And is it also possible to see what people are uploading from me? Thanks again.

You should map the ports 6881 - 6999 to you internal IP.

And you can click on the advanced button to see which people are downloading from you, and which people you are downloading from.
