Gunslinger Girl 7-13

I'm having some trouble with the Gunslinger Girl batch torrent for episodes 7-13. I'm using torrentstorm, and the torrent is loaded and it's running, but nothing is happening. It says there are seeds, but according to Torrentstorm, there is no activity on the torrent, nobody uploading or downloading.

Has this ever happened to anyone else?
