I think Orichimaru is actually Micheal Jackson. The pale skin, all the confusion around the male/female thing, the fact he wants to steal kids from villages and take them back to his villiage. He even drugged Sasuke in the forest, it just all adds up. And I think the third summoning that the Hokage stopped was probaly his original nose, that was magical powers.
