I wonder why Bakasan doesnt go back to his old encoding method... sure it looked low quality (grainy/gritty look) but atleast it was stable...

I uncapped my upload and its going at 30k/s right now but if someone else complains about not being able to watch the vid I'm just gonna stop since its just wasting bandwidth

Well I just finished watching it and it was a pretty excellent episode. Just the right mix of action, flashbacks and story. Even the artwork was a big improvement over 71. Definitly worth the wait.

I GUARANTEE they won&#39;t cut out the Shino/Kankuro battle. Simply because they&#39;ve shown Shino sneaking around, creating a mystery about him, making the viewer wonder what he&#39;s doing. It&#39;s a pretty major battle, they&#39;ll leave it in. Trust me.

Curious as to why they had Temari stop Sasuke instead of Kankuro though... can&#39;t see it being anything other than filler. Temari doesn&#39;t even put up a good fight. And unless a third character comes and gets Gara from Kankuro and I can&#39;t see Gara just passed out while Shino battles with Kankuro, leaves Temari as the person to catch up to Sasuke and Kankuro and carry away Gara. So that little fight scene was to... show us how weak Temari is?

Obviously you haven&#39;t read the manga so I would advise you to stay away from here.

Overall the episode was good. I guess they are gonna finish the hokage fight before they move on to naruto and gaara. At least thats what it seems like from the preview.

Ok for everyone having problems with the Bakasan releases try a simple fix. Try opening it with the Divx Player. Sometimes there are problems with the codec association when you use windows media player.

but anyway, i wish these episodes came out faster, i have been deffinitly been eager to see them animate the naruto gaara battle, so i can&#39;t wait to see that.

also is it just me but in the manga when it was in that flashback of the 3rd and the 2 anbu meeting oro in that little room, it showed bodies of the missing shinobi from the village hanging off the wall, and in the anime they cut that out, it doesn&#39;t suprise me too much. Just wondering if anyone else picked up on that.

and DivX 5.1, and I can run all anime episodes fine.
I&#39;ve read somewhere that having too many codecs, or a bundle of codec bundles can do more harm than good. More isn&#39;t always better, heard it can cause some videos to not run or crash. Personally, never had it happen to me.

Peguin, are you just installing the codecs over one another? I believe its better to have just the codecs you need, so you need to remove the older ones completely. I believe some of them leave hidden files lying around, you&#39;ll need to ask someone on how to remove them completely if that&#39;s the case.

Dunno, but I&#39;ve found that since the last episode I&#39;ve been looking forward less and less to Naruto... even though I know some of the best is coming up... just really disappointed with the art.

About the episode.. will blank it out just in case you haven&#39;t seen it yet

Episode was pretty decent, though the art was still pretty unimpressive. Was the shampoo part supposed to be funny? Maybe its just not my type of humor. Only other problem I had was with Temari.. the fight was nice, but I hope they don&#39;t cut out Shino&#39;s... I wanted to see him in action. Only reason I mention this is because unless they are planning some changes from the manga, Temari took Kankuro&#39;s place...

Not really a major issue, but I was sort of expecting the hokage battle to be much more.. intense. Maybe my imagination is too vivid.

Edit: Maybe I should be more specific, the art at the beginning with the forest, particularly Naruto and Sakura, wasn&#39;t that great. Also the scene where Sasuke tells the three &quot;I won&#39;t let you run any further&quot; ... he&#39;s smiling, as if he just got a McDonald&#39;s toy and he was 3...that kind of ruined the scene. Who threatens someone with a goofy grin on their face?

But yeah, the flashback was done nicely, and as Diablotf said, the images of Konoha&#39;s ninjas, past and present, at different ages, were nicely drawn. I wonder if they&#39;re going to have Sasuke chase after Kankuro, Temari catches up and grabs Gara and runs, and then Sasuke squares off with Kankuro? Seems unlikely, though if not, will they cut out the Kankuro and Shino fight?</span>

I think the point of having Temari attack Sasuke is to give a reason towards why she sat still later on (depleted chakra / stamina). Like a lot of people have said, she&#39;ll probably catch up to them so the Shino-Kankuro fight will occur.

I just started downloading ANBU Aone&#39;s, I am hoping they put some more detail into these students than they did in the manga.

I am really interested in what color the goggles kid on Kakashi&#39;s team is wearing. If it even resembles the one Sasuke first wore, then I have to wonder if that is Asuma or not. Although the weed thing in his mouth could be a sign. Gemma has one in his mouth too, but that kid doesn&#39;t look like Gemma that much. Asuma, I can see.

Interesting. Obito would fit since Kakashi is his teammate, and that would relate to the whole sharingan-eye of Kakashi&#39;s ... but when did Obito die again, I forgot .. or have they told us? If Obito was killed by Itachi, when Sasuke was already old enough to know Kakashi, wouldn&#39;t Sasuke have related differently to Kakashi during their genin training/etc?

Seems more likely from Kakashi&#39;s talks in the past, that Kakashi lost his team on some dangerous mission, instead of losing one to an inside assassination/extermination rampage.

I think the google dude is obito and he was probably killed during a dangerous mission because of Kakashi thats why Kakashi always curses himself for being stupid back than....and i think that female is Kiba&#39;s mom....just look at those lines on her cheeks...if i remember correctly when they show Kiba&#39;s dad and Mom fighting you can see they have those marks too like Kiba....hmmm maybe thats why Kakashi has the Dogs too...

Yay, the fight between sarutobi and orochimaru will end in the next or nextnext episode that means that in the preview in episode 73 we will see Itachi, because he appears when the funeral of hokage 3rd take place or right after it. I&#39;m really looking forward for it, to see him in the anime.


EDIT: Ooops, forgot the fight with sasuke-gaara, naruto-gaara, gamabunta-sekkaku.... but within 5 eps maybe...
