hi guys, im having problems with making avatars in image ready. Im trying to make an animated avatar for aim, and their size restricition is 7168 bytes. And when i make one i usually have to make my animated avatars really really small, degrading the quality. So i was wondering ne one have suggestions to make my avatars higher quality using smallest ammount of bytes.(theres only 4 frames in my avatar.)
