I love the series,one of the best yet.Gotwoot used to have a GITS SAC section that was quite popular.Now it seems all the GITS watchers went away.

I don't think the GitS fans went away, but fansubs stopped appearing at about ep 22 and the section of the forum went away cos no-one had anything to post about and all the topics were just about 'when is the next episode coming' etc

Man, I&#39;ve started watching the second season without actually finishing the first (I started watching a few other series after ep 16 and never got around to finishing the first season of GitS) v.v. Hope Laughing man&#39;s still up =D.

Anyway, now for my real question. Is the second gig intro sung by the same person as the first one (and is that Yoko Kanno as well or not)?

I know I'm bringing an old topic back up but can someone forward me to a site/or give me a synopsis of the 1st GiG series. It's been a good few years since I've watched it and I'm planning on watching the 2nd GiG series after I finish up Death Note. I don't have the time to go through it again to find the main plot points. I know theres a summary movie of the Laughing Man Story but I don't think its been subbed.
