Older Naruto BT's

I was wondering if there was a quick way to get older episodes of Naruto. BitTorrent is unbelievably slow for these downloads, and I max out at about 3 kB/s. I know it's not my personal machine, because I can easily get 35 kB/s on other BitTorrents. So, is there an alternate place to find the older Anbu-subbed episodes.

Either use the p2p network, or possibly IRC, not sure what's available there.
