I think that Soldats did Kaze no Yojimbo for a while, but I could be wrong.

Yeah they did... but they dropped it.. they did up to 22 just 3 episodes short... then came Kaze no Yojimbo Project and released 23 but they havent released another episode in about 2 or 3 months
