is anbu ninja weak

i was wondering is anbu weak ??? they always get their ass kicked. i think jounin is stronger. cos kabuto kill a team of anbu like nobody problem. so wat do u think???

i think anbu sucks right now. but even kabuto had kakashi fooled... so kabuto is GOOD.
