u could use animatsion on right eye too!

that would require like a days worth of effort to animate Itachis eye http://www.gotwoot.net/forum/html/emoticons/sad.gif
its only a manga picture so i'd have to take different angles of the sharigan and apply them myself in about 10 different frames, then add those 10 to ulead gif animator and reverse them to have 20 just to make it spin http://www.gotwoot.net/forum/html/emoticons/tongue.gif

no u wouldnt all youd have to do would be creat a seperate layer of the inner eye, lasso and layer via copy. then rotate that pupil u cut out, then ur done. 5 minutes tops.
